A law firm in Colorado Springs, CO, is seeking a dedicated Litigation Attorney to join their Personal Injury team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, superior written and oral communication abilities, and be licensed to practice law in Colorado.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in personal injury cases, managing all aspects of litigation from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and legal arguments.
  • Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Manage discovery processes, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.
  • Conduct depositions, prepare witnesses, and participate in mediations and trials.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to practice law in the State of Colorado.

  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines.
