Job Description:

Duties:

  • Manage discovery processes, ensuring thorough and accurate information gathering.
  • Navigate court rules and procedures confidently.
  • Multitask and manage multiple cases with ease.
  • Work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Litigate cases in court, presenting arguments and examining witnesses.
  • Negotiate settlements and agreements with opposing counsels.
  • Develop and refine the firm's systems, including policies, procedures, templates, scripts, diagrams, workflows, and instructional videos.
  • Analyze statistical information to identify areas for service improvement and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of civil litigation and family law experience.
  • Licensed to practice law in California.
  • Member of the American Bar Association.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality written work.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with court rules and procedures.
  • Ability to multitask and manage cases effectively.
