Junior to Mid-level Patent Litigation Associate Attorney

The candidate should preferably have a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field, and experience with depositions, expert reports, and discovery management is preferred. Experience in Hatch-Waxman litigation is a plus. Should be licensed and in good standing, in the state they wish to practice in. Should have strong organizational and writing skills, excellent academic credentials, and a desire to excel in a large law firm environment.
