Duties

• Represent clients during pre-trials, trials, mediations, and various court proceedings.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare necessary documentation for court.
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding case developments and strategies.
• Manage competing priorities efficiently while ensuring high-quality legal representation.

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume legal environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated motivation to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer and word processing applications.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Must hold an active license to practice law in Texas.
