Lateral Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in River Edge, NJ, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lateral Attorney to join their legal team. The ideal candidate should possess diverse experience and perspectives to contribute to the firm's growth and success.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various practice areas, including but not limited to litigation, corporate law, family law, real estate, and intellectual property.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and advise clients on legal matters.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement legal strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar Association.
• Legal practice with a strong track record of successful cases and client representation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:
