Duties:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate documents for sophisticated real estate lending transactions.

  • Provide strategic legal advice on balance sheet bank lending and other financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-8 years of experience in real estate finance at a law firm.
  • Demonstrated expertise in real estate lending, including balance sheet bank lending.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail.

  • Proven experience working on sophisticated financial transactions.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admittance to the State Bar of California or eligibility to waive in.
