Litigation Attorney (Foreclosure, Eviction, and Financial Services)

Job Overview:

A law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney to manage foreclosure, eviction, and financial services default litigation cases. Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload efficiently and effectively.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including non-jury trials, evidentiary hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Draft and review legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, discovery, and memoranda of law.
• Provide strategic litigation and settlement planning for clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships, offering regular updates and exceptional customer service.
• Ensure consistent improvement in meeting both internal and client performance goals.
• Collaborate with team members while maintaining the ability to work independently.
• Travel as necessary for court appearances and client meetings.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven background in litigation, particularly in foreclosure, eviction, or financial services cases.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications:
