Duties:

• Manage litigation cases from initial investigation through all stages, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial.
• Prioritize client service and professional representation at all times.
• Strategize on resolving cases in the best interests of clients.
• Provide expert legal advice and consult with clients on complex legal matters.
• Conduct research, draft legal documents, and present clear, well-reasoned arguments.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure effective communication and case progression.

Requirements:

• Active Bar license to practice in Minnesota and/or Wisconsin in good standing.
• 3-10 years of experience in litigation.
• In-depth knowledge of civil procedural rules and practices.
• Familiarity with administrative rules and procedures.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and interpersonal communication.
• Proven negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage client expectations effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Capable of building relationships within the community and professional organizations.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Valid Bar license in Minnesota and/or Wisconsin.
