A law firm in San Francisco is seeking a highly skilled Mid-level to Senior Private Equity Debt Finance Associate Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have specific experience in representing private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in term of revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth.

Job Details:

• Represent private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth.
• Draft and negotiate commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents.
• Possess outstanding academic credentials.
• Have comparable law firm experience.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is required.

Experience:

5-8 years of relevant experience.
