Civil Litigation Attorney

A law firm in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with 5-20 years of experience in general civil litigation. The ideal candidate will have proven courtroom experience, exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, and a strong customer service orientation. Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, including but not limited to contract disputes, tort claims, employment disputes, and commercial litigation.
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate effectively with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to achieve client objectives.
• Maintain communication with clients to provide updates and ensure exceptional client service.
• Adhere to deadlines and manage cases efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements:

• Active admission to the Colorado Bar with 5-20 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Proven courtroom experience and proficiency in handling diverse civil litigation cases.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in legal work.
• Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation, focused on delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Colorado Bar in good standing.
