Location:

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel on a wide range of transactional tax matters
• Work on complex tax structuring and planning for domestic and international clients
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other practice groups to deliver tax-related legal advice
• Manage client relationships and assist with business development
• Draft and review tax-related legal documents, agreements, and filings
• Assist with tax compliance and regulatory matters

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school
• High academic achievement
• Should have 2-5 years of experience.
• Experience in transactional tax matters
• Strong interest in tax law and entrepreneurial mindset
• Admitted to (or eligible to waive into) the New York Bar.
• Prior experience in a peer law firm

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York Bar (or ability to waive in)
