Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare regulatory law.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Proven experience advising healthcare professionals and providers on regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Strong background in healthcare transactions, compliance audits, and investigations.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in NC.
