Job Overview:
A law firm based in Maple Grove, MN, is seeking an Estate Planning/Elder Law Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will possess significant expertise in estate planning and elder law, with a particular focus on assisting individuals and families in preparing for retirement and addressing complex issues such as Medical Assistance planning, guardianship, and conservatorship. Duties:

  • Represent clients in legal proceedings, as necessary, related to elder law and estate planning matters.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in estate planning and elder law.
  • A portable book of business and an established referral network are highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive client situations with empathy and professionalism.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
