Duties:

  • Handle all aspects of defense litigation cases, including drafting pleadings and discovery demands.
  • Conduct depositions and perform thorough legal research.
  • Draft dispositive motions and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court and communicate effectively with opposing counsel and clients.
  • Provide legal advice and recommendations based on in-depth case analysis.
  • Stay updated with the rules and procedures of Florida Courts.
  • Assist in preparing cases for trial and handling trials when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of defense litigation experience.
  • Strong deposition and trial experience preferred.
