  • Use case management systems and project management tools to monitor case progress, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain effective communication with clients
  • Ensure the accuracy of all legal work, including forms, correspondence, and other documents
  • Represent clients at government interviews
  • Perform other tasks as needed to meet the needs of clients and the firm

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Spanish is required
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited U.S. law school
  • Admission to a U.S. state bar
  • At least 1 year of experience in immigration law, particularly in family-based or EOIR cases
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Exceptional writing abilities

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
