Job Title: Structured Finance Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A prominent law firm is seeking a mid-level associate attorney with expertise in structured finance, securitization, and CLO to join its finance group in the New York City office. This role requires a candidate with strong analytical abilities, business judgment, and communication skills to contribute to the firm's dynamic environment.

Duties:

• Provide legal services related to structured finance, securitization, and collateralized loan obligations (CLO).
• Collaborate with clients, lawyers, and business professionals to deliver high-quality legal work.
• Draft and review complex financial agreements and documentation.
• Assist in business development efforts and client relationship management.
• Research and resolve complex legal issues related to structured finance transactions.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Ensure all work complies with firm policies and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and CLO transactions.
• Prior experience at a top-tier law firm (AmLaw 100) is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and management skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar is required.
