Duties

• Handle broad-based litigation, with a focus on construction defect cases.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff in case preparation and strategy development.
• Maintain a caseload and manage client communications effectively.
• Contribute to the firm’s growth through mentorship, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of broad-based litigation experience, preferably in construction defect.
• Strong references and a proven track record of job stability.
• Member in good standing with the California State Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the California State Bar.
