Family Law Associate Attorney

A law firm in Newport Beach is seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney to join its team. Duties:

• Provide legal representation to clients in family law matters.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare cases for litigation.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the firm's Concierge Team and Discovery team to support clients' needs.
• Participate in firm-sponsored professional development activities and training sessions.

Requirements:

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience in family law practice preferred but not required.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
