Litigation Partner

Job Overview: A law firm in San Francisco, CA, is seeking an experienced Litigation Partner to lead and manage a diverse caseload primarily focused on Employment Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and General Liability. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, exceptional legal expertise, and a proven successful client representation track record.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee complex litigation matters, including Employment Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and General Liability cases.
• Provide clients with strategic legal advice and guidance, ensuring their interests are represented effectively in court and during negotiations.
• Lead and mentor a team of attorneys and legal staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serve as a trusted advisor on legal matters, and achieve favorable outcomes.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings, advocating for their interests with integrity and professionalism.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends, applying knowledge to enhance client representation and firm strategy.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in California with active and good-standing membership in the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Litigation, preferably focusing on Employment Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and General Liability.
• Proven track record of successful case management and client representation, with demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
