Job Duties:

  • Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence promptly.
  • Provide timely and accurate work products, ensuring adherence to deadlines and expectations.
  • Foster positive relationships within the firm and with clients.
  • Comply with all firm policies and practices.
  • Engage in both physical and sedentary activities as required by the job.
  • Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • Bar admission in California.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in investment funds.
  • Experience with private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds.
  • Experience with secondary transactions and structuring separately managed accounts preferred.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.
  • Good business judgment and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
  • Research, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Ability to influence others and effectively communicate persuasively.
  • Management skills are a plus.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
