Transactional Associate Attorney

The candidate must have experience working in a collaborative setting with significant responsibility. Must have Oregon State Bar admission, eligibility for reciprocity, or plans to take the Bar exam at the next available opportunity.

The candidate must have excellent drafting, legal research, and writing, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
