Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee a variety of real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating complex documents related to leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development of property.
  • Provide legal counsel on planned community and condominium projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and statutes.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address legal issues and facilitate successful transaction outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence and analysis to support real estate transactions.
  • Negotiate and resolve conflicts related to real estate transactions and agreements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments to provide informed advice and recommendations.
  • Draft and review contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and other real estate documents.
  • Advise clients on risk management and legal strategies related to real estate investments and development.

Requirements:

  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum of 4 years of substantive transactional real estate experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in planned community and condominium projects.
  • Proven experience in managing complex real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating related documents.
