Attorney needed for Milwaukee office

A law firm in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is seeking an Attorney with at least 3 years of relevant litigation experience, preferably in personal injury litigation and trial work. The ideal candidate will play a key role in representing clients in legal proceedings.

Duties:

• Represent clients in legal proceedings, including personal injury litigation and trials.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in cases.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Wisconsin.
• At least 3 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Experience in personal injury litigation and trial work preferred.

Education:

Certifications:
