Intake Attorney

The Intake Attorney will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of personal injury cases up to the filing of a complaint. This role involves providing legal counsel to clients, evaluating case merits, and supervising the intake team. Location:

• Orlando, Florida

Duties:

• Supervise and guide the intake team
• Evaluate the merits of personal injury cases
• Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients
• Conduct medical case reviews
• Review statutes of limitations (SOL) and ensure deadlines are met
• Perform legal research and analysis

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Florida, in good standing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize client representation and customer service
• Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills
• Experience providing direction and support to a team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida

Skills:
