Job Overview: A reputable law firm specializing in personal injury law is seeking a qualified Intake Attorney for its growing practice. The Intake Attorney will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of personal injury cases up to the filing of a complaint. This role involves providing legal counsel to clients, evaluating case merits, and supervising the intake team. The ideal candidate will have strong legal analysis skills, excellent client service abilities, and experience managing staff.

Location:

  • Orlando, Florida

Duties:

  • Supervise and guide the intake team
  • Evaluate the merits of personal injury cases
  • Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients
  • Conduct medical case reviews
  • Review statutes of limitations (SOL) and ensure deadlines are met
  • Perform legal research and analysis

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in Florida, in good standing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize client representation and customer service
  • Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills
  • Experience providing direction and support to a team

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida

Skills:
