Job Overview:
A reputable Estate Planning law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its team in Scottsdale, AZ. The ideal candidate will be a licensed attorney in Arizona or soon to be licensed, with a strong history of customer service and attention to detail. Experience in estate planning is preferred, but not required. This position offers a client-centered environment with production-based incentives for the team.

Location:

  • Scottsdale, Arizona

Duties:

  • Provide legal services related to estate planning, including the preparation of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.

  • Advise clients on estate planning strategies, tax implications, and related matters.

  • Assist clients with probate matters and estate administration.

  • Conduct client meetings, ensuring comprehensive understanding of clients' needs and goals.

  • Draft and review legal documents related to estate planning and probate.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records.

  • Participate in marketing and client development efforts as needed.

Requirements:

  • Licensed or soon-to-be-licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona.

  • Strong customer service skills and a detail-oriented approach.

  • Estate planning experience is preferred but not required.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and meet client needs.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and client matters simultaneously.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Arizona State Bar or eligibility to sit for the bar exam in Arizona.
