Job Overview

A law firm seeks a motivated and skilled attorney to join its family law practice in Topeka, Kansas. Duties

• Represent clients in court proceedings, ensuring all cases are handled diligently and effectively.
• Perform legal research to support case strategy and argument development.
• Oversee administrative tasks such as organizing case files and ensuring document accuracy.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Kansas.
• Experience in family law is preferred but not mandatory.
• Senior associate opportunities are available for candidates with five or more years of litigation experience.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of Kansas.
