Consultation Attorney (Hybrid)

Job Overview:

A law firm seeks a Consultation Attorney to join its team in St. Louis, MO. Duties:

• Manage incoming client calls and assess their legal issues
• Provide sound legal advice over the phone based on the client’s concerns
• Review legal documents and contracts, advising on business and legal transactions
• Document and track client interactions and legal inquiries
• Engage with clients in a professional and empathetic manner to address their concerns
• Work closely with the legal team to ensure quality service and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Missouri with no public disciplinary actions on record
• Strong customer service skills and ability to engage clients over the phone
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client interactions
• Ability to ask pertinent questions, listen actively, and synthesize information to provide sound legal advice
• Comfort working in a fast-paced and client-focused environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Missouri Bar license
