Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and provide strategic legal advice.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to real estate investments.
  • Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals, offering advice and guidance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of substantive experience in real estate law, particularly with acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
  • Familiarity with securities offerings is a plus.
  • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and legal research skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
