Duties

  • Represent clients in non-asbestos toxic tort defense cases.
  • Conduct discovery, take depositions, and prepare and argue motions.
  • Assist with trial preparation and case strategy.
  • Collaborate with a team of diverse and experienced litigators to enhance case outcomes.
  • Manage case files independently with limited supervision.

Requirements

  • Admission to the State Bar of California.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in defending non-asbestos toxic tort matters.
  • Experience with discovery processes, depositions, motion preparation, and trial assistance.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in California.
