Business Litigation Attorney

Pittsburgh office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a business litigation attorney with 3-6 years of experience in some or all of business litigation, IP infringement litigation, employment and trade secrets litigation, cybersecurity and data breach, and insurance coverage defense litigation, preferably in support or lead roles. The candidate must have high-level and complex research and writing skills, experience in helping senior lawyers with hearing, trial and courtroom preparation, and other litigation support. Consideration will also be given to those with insurance coverage defense experience. Must be licensed at minimum in Pennsylvania.

The candidate must have strong research and writing skills and a good understanding of Pennsylvania state and federal law and litigation strategies. Knowledge of IP, trade secrets, employment law is helpful. Should preferably live in the Western Pennsylvania region.
