Duties:

• Manage personal injury and insurance defense cases from start to finish
• Draft legal motions, pleadings, and other documents
• Handle discovery, depositions, and negotiations
• Prepare cases for trial, including settlement negotiations
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and staff to ensure case progression
• Meet billing requirements and exceed minimums for bonus eligibility
• Maintain strong organizational systems for case files and deadlines

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Nevada
• Prior experience in insurance defense or personal injury law is preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
• Strong writing, communication, and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and exceed billing minimums for performance bonuses
• Experience with discovery, depositions, and client reporting
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with legal software tools

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Nevada State Bar
