  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.
  • 4-7 years of experience in trust and estate litigation.
  • Additional experience in business, commercial, and real estate litigation preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
