The successful candidate will manage breach of contract and collection litigation cases from demand through judgment, prepare and argue Motions for Summary Judgment, and attend court hearings. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage breach of contract and collection litigation matters from demand through judgment.

  • Oversee an assigned caseload to meet goals and client expectations.
  • Handle escalated and time-sensitive matters as needed.
  • Undertake other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to practice law in the state of California; multi-jurisdictional admission in AZ, CA, NV, and TX preferred.
  • Experience with the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) and Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) is a plus.
