The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation in all matters related to real estate transactions. This role involves ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, protecting clients' interests, and handling a range of real estate issues, from property purchases to lease agreements.

Duties:

  • Provide expert legal guidance and advice on real estate matters, including property purchases, sales, leasing agreements, development contracts, and property management.
  • Review and analyze real estate documents, contracts, agreements, and leases to identify potential legal issues, risks, and areas requiring negotiation.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence investigations and title searches to ensure clear ownership, identify encumbrances, and address any potential title defects.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and finalize real estate contracts, purchase agreements, lease agreements, and other legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Represent clients in real estate transactions, negotiations, and disputes, advocating for their best interests and mediating between parties as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in real estate law, with a proven track record of handling real estate transactions, negotiations, and disputes.
  • Strong understanding of real estate law, including property purchases, sales, leasing, and development.
  • Ability to conduct due diligence, title searches, and legal document preparation with precision.
  • Proven experience in negotiating and preparing real estate contracts and agreements.
  • Admission to the Georgia State Bar Association.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Georgia State Bar Association.
