Duties

• Manage and oversee a personal caseload from start to finish
• Handle all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation

• Collaborate with team members on case strategies and development
• Prepare detailed legal documents and correspondence
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials as needed
• Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines efficiently

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in civil litigation; newly admitted attorneys with a strong interest in litigation encouraged to apply
• Strong ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• High degree of responsibility and organization
• Proactive and self-motivated work ethic

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active and valid Bar license for the state of California
