The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of cases related to civil rights and employment law, from the initial consultation through resolution. Duties:

  • Manage cases from initial consultation through final resolution, including extensive motion practice
  • Develop litigation strategies for a range of employment law matters
  • Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trials
  • Maintain organized case files and regularly communicate case progress with clients
  • Collaborate with a close-knit legal team to achieve favorable outcomes
  • Uphold civil rights and ensure justice in every case

Requirements:

  • Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. state
  • Reside in or be willing to relocate to the Atlanta area
  • Passion for civil rights and employment law
  • Strong legal research, writing, and organizational skills

Education:
