A well-established Employment Law firm in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a driven and resourceful Employment Law Associate Attorney. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of cases related to civil rights and employment law, from the initial consultation through resolution. Location:

Duties:

• Manage cases from initial consultation through final resolution, including extensive motion practice
• Develop litigation strategies for a range of employment law matters
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trials
• Maintain organized case files and regularly communicate case progress with clients
• Collaborate with a close-knit legal team to achieve favorable outcomes
• Uphold civil rights and ensure justice in every case

Requirements:

• Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. state
• Reside in or be willing to relocate to the Atlanta area
• Passion for civil rights and employment law
• Strong legal research, writing, and organizational skills
• Empathetic and resourceful, with a solution-oriented approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Team-first attitude with a collaborative mindset

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Must be admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. state
