Duties:

  • Handle a caseload of Workers' Compensation defense matters from inception to resolution.
  • Review and analyze medical records, deposition transcripts, and other evidence.
  • Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on complex legal issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience or familiarity with virtual work environments is preferred.
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Florida Bar.
