Job Overview:
A leading legal firm is seeking a Mid-Level Real Estate Associate Attorney in Las Vegas. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work within a highly regarded Real Estate Practice, providing legal solutions for property investment, development, and management. The successful candidate will engage with clients from various industries on both national and international levels.

Location:

  • Las Vegas

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel on real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Assist with commercial real estate leasing.
  • Manage portfolio or multi-site financing and sales transactions.
  • Conduct title and survey reviews and handle general transactional due diligence.
  • Participate in joint ventures and real estate finance activities, including drafting loan agreements, mortgages, and loan documents.
  • Issue Nevada legal opinions when required.
  • Collaborate within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated legal services.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
  • Proficient in handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, joint ventures, finance, fund formation, and private equity investments.
  • Superior drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage significant projects and workloads.
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive, and team-oriented approach.
  • Must be admitted or eligible for admission to the Nevada Bar.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Nevada Bar (required or eligibility for admission).

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate transactions.
  • Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the capability to handle complex legal issues.
