Personal Injury Attorney

A law firm in Greensboro, NC is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about advocating for clients, possess strong legal acumen in personal injury law, and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.

Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury litigation, from intake to settlement or trial.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, and discovery.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Attend court hearings and mediations as required.
• Maintain communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina; South Carolina Bar license is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience in personal injury law or related fields preferred.

Education & Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar.
