Duties

  • Maintain client communication, providing regular updates and legal advice.
  • Appear in court for foreclosure-related hearings and motions.
  • Handle correspondence regarding assigned cases.
  • Work with clients to develop legal strategies and ensure effective case management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage or foreclosure law.
  • Admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational and case management abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in New York.
