Duties

  • Provide legal counsel and representation across various practice areas.

  • Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals in the firm to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Actively participate in client meetings, negotiations, and other legal processes.
  • Conduct legal research and draft documents such as motions, contracts, and memoranda.
  • Participate in business development efforts to grow the firm's client base and reputation.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive firm culture through team collaboration.

Requirements

  • A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the North Carolina State Bar is preferred, or eligibility for admission.
  • Strong background in one or more practice areas with experience in managing cases.
  • Ability to work independently while being a productive team player.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of handling complex legal matters with successful outcomes.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the North Carolina State Bar is preferred.
  • Admission in other jurisdictions is a plus.
