Duties:

  • Proactively manage family law cases from initiation to resolution.
  • Provide superior customer service to clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
  • Make recommendations for improvements to practice managers based on case outcomes and client feedback.
  • Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction using practice quality software.
  • Represent clients in court and at depositions, hearings, and mediations.
  • Develop case strategies and provide legal advice tailored to clients' needs.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
  • Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
  • 3-5 years of litigation experience, focusing on family law.
  • Experience as 1st chair in family law cases.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software.

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin.

Skills:

  • Strong litigation skills with a proven track record in family law cases.
  • Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using practice management and legal software.
