Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle depositions, including preparing witnesses and taking depositions.
• Engage in motion practice, drafting, and arguing motions.
• Appear in court for hearings, trials, and other related proceedings.
• Manage all aspects of electronic discovery, including data collection, review, and production.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients.
• Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution.

Requirements:
