Labor and Employment Associate Attorney

A law firm in Sausalito, CA, is seeking a driven and skilled Labor and Employment Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team. The candidate will collaborate closely with experienced litigators, handle a diverse client portfolio, and have ample prospects for career advancement.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research on labor and employment issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on labor law matters.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Assist in compliance audits and investigations.

Requirements:

• Admission to the California Bar.
• 1-10 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Preferably, experience in labor and employment law; general civil litigation experience is a plus.
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
