Duties:

• Represent clients in consumer protection and class action matters.
• Manage complex legal cases, ensuring all procedures and filings are timely and accurate.
• Engage in strategic legal research, drafting legal briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Handle negotiations and provide legal advice to clients.
• Appear in court for hearings, trials, and oral arguments as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop case strategies and coordinate legal work.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, opposing counsel, and government agencies.

Requirements:

• Legal experience, ideally in consumer protection or class action law.
• Prior experience working with government agencies such as CFPB, FTC, or DOJ is highly preferred.
• Strong background in appellate law, particularly at the circuit court level.
• Demonstrated success in handling complex legal cases.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in the state of California.
