Duties:

• Provide high-quality legal representation to clients in a range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, child support, and domestic violence cases.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare for court hearings and trials.
• Advise clients on legal options, strategies, and potential outcomes.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and parties.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent communication throughout the legal process.
• Efficiently manage caseloads and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Contribute to the firm's growth by providing exceptional legal services and collaborating with the team.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
• Minimum of two years of experience in family law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required.

Education:
