A law firm seeks an experienced Claims Attorney to join its personal injury team in Spokane, WA. This role focuses on providing high-quality representation for clients involved in personal injury cases, ensuring they receive top-notch legal support and guidance. Duties:

  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and ensuring close contact throughout their cases.
  • Manage assigned personal injury cases and lead a team to deliver exceptional legal services.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal assistants to ensure seamless case progression and top-tier client representation.
  • Negotiate settlements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Draft, review, and modify legal documents as needed.
  • Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support client claims.
  • Stay informed about Washington and Idaho law, including torts, statutes of limitations, and relevant legal principles.

Requirements:

  • Washington State Bar License (required).
  • Idaho Bar License (preferred, but not required).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation, particularly in personal injury law.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Washington State Bar License.
  • Idaho Bar License (preferred but not mandatory).

Skills:
