Duties:

  • Manage credit and other derivatives transactions.
  • Handle repos, securities lending, and structured credit transactions.
  • Provide regulatory advice related to derivatives.
  • Take primary responsibility for secondary trading transactions in loans and claims after training.
  • Support global teams by offering U.S. law advice.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in derivatives or debt capital markets within private practice or in-house.
  • Admission to the New York Bar.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the New York Bar.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Well-developed analytical skills.
