Personal Injury Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks a dedicated and motivated Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join its team in Philadelphia, PA. Duties

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, working closely with senior attorneys to provide effective legal representation.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies to facilitate case progress.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.
• Ensure the timely and accurate filing of legal documents and adherence to all procedural deadlines.
• Provide clients with updates on the status of their cases and strategic advice as needed.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle multiple cases effectively while managing deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Pennsylvania Bar (required).
• New Jersey Bar membership is a plus but not required.
