Duties:

• Manage individual caseload with guidance from partners.
• Draft and file motions, pleadings, and responses to discovery.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memorandums.
• Attend hearings, court conferences, and mediations.
• Conduct and defend depositions and attend inspections.
• Collaborate with expert witnesses and prepare for trial.
• Participate actively in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in New York or certification for admission.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• New York Bar License or eligibility for admission.
